- Due Wednesday 2/28 – Page 28/29 in your ISN. Note: if you missed class, you will have to go outside to complete this! You will:
- Choose a 10 cm x 10 cm plot of lawn (at B-CC or near your home) to observe. Create a detailed drawing in the matching square in your ISN (pg. 29).
- Write a detailed description of where the plot of land is, below the drawing.
- To the right of the drawing, right a list of observations about what you hear, see, smell, and feel at the plot of land.
- On the left hand page (pg. 28), write a list of the abiotic factor (non living things) that are visible or impacting the environment
- Below that, create a t-chart. In this t-chart you will write down each of the different species that you see and how many of that species that you see. If you don’t know the name of a species, describe it.
- Finally, answer the three discussion questions.
